Third Thursdays is a collaborative effort by the businesses and residents around Grand River and Warren, bringing together eight spaces that activate the area.

At Bev’s Bagels (4884 Grand River Ave), Pizza Replicator pops up with seasonal pies. Next door, Cafe Prince and Your Daily Bread offer coffee, affogato, pastries, rye chocolate chip cookies, and rhubarb cream puffs.

Just around the corner, Periodicals and Season Office (4892 Grand River Ave) hosts a DJ set by Zoe Talley alongside paintings by Yeager Edwards. Periodicals will also serve drinks, offer 10% off all products, and present The Petal Pattern by Traci Washington, featuring seasonal floral arrangements.

Across Grand River, ARCHIVE (4725 16th St, Unit 3) introduces a new spring offering alongside artwork from Materia Gallery.

A block away at 4475 15th St (Unit 2A), Roni Amitai and Casimir von Oettingen host Under the Canopies, an open studio with live, synth-driven sessions.

Together, these spaces form a loose path through the neighborhood – start anywhere and move between them.
